All Poppy Design Co items are handmade solely by Em and made to order. Due to the custom and one of a kind nature of our products:

• All items are non-refundable once an order is placed, including for change of mind or personal preference.

• Customizations or special requests cannot be changed after 1 business day from the order being placed.

• Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer can only be refunded or replaced if proper reasoning and documentation is provided. This is to prevent the risk of scamming.

• If an item is incorrect, damaged, or missing upon arrival, please contact poppy.designco2022@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to correct the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.

• While every item is carefully packaged, Poppy Design Co is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. For extra protection, consider purchasing shipping insurance for international orders.
